The Initiative
A song became a much larger story.
“America 250 Proof” is a modern anthem and a ripping ride through American history. It moves from the nation’s beginnings through 250 years of grit, resilience and sacrifice, celebrating the people, service, ingenuity and opportunity that continue to shape the country.
The initiative grew from Dave MacCutcheon’s work as Executive Producer for the Army’s 250th celebration at Fort Bragg and related Navy and Marine Corps 250th programming. That experience, combined with memories of America’s Bicentennial and a lifetime of travel, service-centered projects and storytelling, inspired a platform that reaches beyond the song itself.
Today, America 250 Proof connects music, historical discovery, interactive education, veteran engagement and charitable impact through several related experiences.
