Welcome to the websites, pages, applications and digital properties operated by Mac & Sac Enterprises LLC (“Mac & Sac,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using a covered property, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Mac & Sac Properties Covered

These Terms apply to macandsac.com and to Mac & Sac-owned or Mac & Sac-operated brands, platforms and digital properties that do not publish separate terms. These may include:

A separately hosted application, pilot, demonstration, event, game or partner deployment may publish additional or different terms. Where separate terms are presented, those terms control for that service.

Separate Organizations and External Properties

Mac & Sac may publish informational pages or links concerning legally or operationally separate organizations and businesses. These Terms do not govern those separate entities or their independently operated websites, applications, forms, donation systems, products or services.

Permitted Use

You may use covered properties for lawful, personal and informational purposes and for any other purpose expressly authorized by Mac & Sac. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest information in a manner that violates law or these Terms, impersonate another person, or use the properties to infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and intellectual property presented on covered properties—including names, brands, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, platform concepts, game formats, text, photography, artwork, music, lyrics, sound recordings, videos, designs, databases and other materials—are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Mac & Sac Enterprises LLC.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly perform, publicly display, license, sell or commercially exploit protected materials.

Trademarks and Brand Names

Mac & Sac names, logos, slogans, product names and project names may be trademarks or service marks of Mac & Sac Enterprises LLC. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on a covered property grants a license to use any mark without prior written permission.

Music, Media and Embedded Content

Streaming links, embedded players, videos, interviews and promotional materials are provided for personal, non-commercial viewing or listening. Certain embedded or linked materials are controlled by third-party platforms or copyright owners and remain subject to their terms.

Developing Platforms, Demonstrations and Informational Content

Some Mac & Sac concepts, applications, prototypes and platforms—including developing or patent-pending projects—may be described before commercial release. Descriptions, mockups, demonstrations, timelines, capabilities and anticipated outcomes are informational and may change. They are not warranties, binding offers or guarantees of availability, performance, funding, adoption or results.

User Submissions

By submitting a photo, video, comment, testimonial, contest entry or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. Unless separate written rules state otherwise, you grant Mac & Sac a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt and promote the submitted content in connection with the applicable project, promotion, website, social media or marketing activity.

Contests, Promotions, Games and Events

A contest, sweepstakes, promotion, game, event or campaign may include separate rules, eligibility requirements, releases, privacy notices or partner terms. Those specific terms control if they conflict with these Terms.

General information concerning business, technology, healthcare innovation, emergency preparedness, intellectual property or other topics is provided for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, covered properties and their content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mac & Sac does not warrant that a property will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mac & Sac Enterprises LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or other losses arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on a covered property or its content.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mac & Sac Enterprises LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses and expenses arising from your unlawful use of a covered property, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Changes, Suspension and Termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any covered property, feature or content at any time. We may also restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect security, users, intellectual property or operations. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or a covered property shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rules or additional terms presented for a service, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of the covered property.
